At Ideaal Nuts, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer options for returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please review the guidelines below.

7-Day Free Return & Exchange Policy

• Eligibility: Products purchased from Ideaal Nuts are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Cost: No charges apply for exchanges; the process is on us!
• How to Initiate: To begin a return or exchange, please raise your request here.

Same-Day Refund/Exchange Process

• Verification: Once your return/exchange request is verified by our support team, we will initiate a reverse pickup within 24 hours.
• Pickup Timeline: Our courier partner will pick up the product within 1-2 days.
• Refund/Exchange Initiation: As soon as the product is picked up, we will process the refund or exchange on the same day.

Refunds

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders will be returned to the original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be processed to the bank account provided when raising the request.
• Note: If the item is missing original tags or appears worn, washed, or soiled, the courier may refuse to pick it up.

Important Information

• Discounted Orders: Orders purchased using a discount code will be refunded to your Ideaal Nuts Wallet only. Full refunds to the original payment method are available for non-discounted orders upon request.

Self-Ship Process

If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, please self-ship the product to:

• Reimbursement: Once the product is received, we will refund the full amount, plus INR 100 as a self-shipping reimbursement, to your bank account within 48 hours.

Refund Timeline

• Bank Refunds (Prepaid Orders): 7-10 business days.
• Updates: You will receive notifications via email/SMS once your refund is processed.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Returns initiated after 7 days from the date of deliver 

Cancellation Policy

• Customer-Initiated Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

• Company-Initiated Cancellation: Orders may be canceled due to stock issues or payment errors.

• For prepaid orders canceled by the customer, a refund will be credited to the Ideaal Nuts Wallet within 1 business day, or to the original payment source within 7-15 business days, depending on the payment method.

• Note: A 7% + GST transaction fee will be deducted from monetary refunds (not applicable for wallet refunds or accidental duplicate payments).
